So i found a flaw in the system - with taxes its impossible to make a profit. I may need to change increments:

Current system at 1/10 tier
-18d expenses
+17.36 after taxes
----
net loss of .64d with current system
last season i broke even

1/10 cost:
-18.00d expenses
+22.08d profits
----
4.08d net gains

1/10 cost AND 2*Tier base costs (instead of 3x)

1.92 net gains

Thoughts? which is a better option? I apparently didnt do enough testing the first time around. I did mostly MAX gains, not a more avg set of rolls and i also wasnt including taxes.

The (5)s are for two increment increases, incase we were still using those.

And the second system sounds more realistic and feasible.

So if i calc'd taxes correctly:

NPC Trader gains
0.2   galam
0.3   lig
2.4   npc for vasir

Taxes:
2.4   galam
.4   vasir
.66   ligoria
1.08   lechem


9.3/12 (.1d per trader per season paid back)
9.6/12 loan ability

Totals:

For Ligoria: extra .7d for this season from my trade, 2.1d gained in taxes from NPC trade guild (2*.15*7d)
For Vasir: .8 in NPC traders (8 total move, .1d per move profit), 1.4d gained in taxes from NPC trade guild (2*.1*7d)
For me: 2.56d in sales gains

subject to change if no one else sets up any trades in either of our cities
If not:
Vasir: (11*.1*.5) = 0.83d gained in unused market value
Ligoria: (11.4*.15*.5) = 0.86d gained in unused market value
