Description: Hatcuri think differently and act differently. Using this, they are able to confuse human generals and troops with strange formations and tactics.

Effect: +2 to tactics, Takes more time to recruit men due to different mindset and values of war (for human recruits).

Meh, if Retcyl doesn't count, ah well.
