It all should mostly been there. That's part of the wiki needs a bit of work to clean it up.

 In terms of the research system there isn't anything stopping random ideas now. The tree is mostly for kingdoms themselves.

Ah, cool cools, just that's what I refer to when rolling if I'm not sure of something, which reminds me to ask, one of the base price increment modifiers is whether the country in which your trading is undergoing strife, is that something that has a quantitative definition in terms of the game?

What I mean by quantitative definition is a hard limit I mean what if that country is having some "war" with bandits which is actually just routine policing of the country side for instance, if your GM'ing trade rolls this is one of those things where you can enter a murky grey area.

I hope I could join the game with this character:

Name: Aranor Naggor

Bio: Naggor was a minor noble family in Ligoria that supported the old king and was firmly against a female leader. When the queen ascended to the throne, the family fled the country. They were planning on going to Moun (I mean the yellow country, which is Moun, yes?), where they still had some relatives, but unfortunately got attacked by a group bandits on the way there. Aranor, the youngest of the three sons of his father, managed to escape the bandits who had slaughtered his entire family. When Aranor arrived in Moun owning only the horse and clothes which he entered the city with, he visited the relatives they were supposed to travel to, which took him in.
A year had passed and his uncle and niece gave Aranor a few ducats and sent him on his way to fend for himself, because they couldn't feed an extra mouth anymore. The first thing Aranor did was swear to the gods that he would avenge his family, and he would do so by personally stick a blade through the person who he thought destroyed his life. The queen of Ligoria...

And this seems about right to me

EDIT: Just realized, Moun, is the orange one below it, a religious place with no military, no one's been to the yellow one or named it or described anything about it. I guess if you wanted you could quickly sum the place up to suit your character as well.

How about Nuke (as he's lead GM) draws a larger region but clearer and with labels, just showing it really simply and then I fluff up exactly what he's shown with pretty drawings, it'd have to show populations and what's where exactly so I know what I'm drawing and not just chucking in what I think. I wouldn't mind doing it ALL myself although having to go repeatedly back to the drawing board would annoy me. Still not done that Talama street map

Agh, of course. Commander experience systems work way better than unit experience in this setup.

Ghazkull is right, folks can come up with their own ideas for traits, so long as they aren't too crazy. Mercenaries could start with a trait, and other traits could be gained after a battle, if the GM and dice are in your favour.

both A and B of this are better ideas than units.
A) Commanders are less likely to be killed, lowering the loss of investment in units. I'd much rather prefer generals and XP than units and XP
B) Traits can be pretty loose, the bonuses granted would be minor anyway, but a +1 is often the diff in a 6 v 1 roll
