Yeah, can't be charged for murder if they did die from bloodloss though. Or at the very least you'll be able to get away with it.

That law is so stupid. I can't even begin to beilive it.

You can kill a man by bloodloss from crippling him, if he lives he will die anyway, most likely getting et by tigers.
You can't make his death quick by a swipe to the head or the chest, which will save the goverment money and time, as well as make the man's death quick and painless.

Say what you will about the Vaduds, but if you attempt to kill one he will make your death painless, if your unaffilated.

Okay Taricus. I support your proposed EXP system back in post #4404.

Yknow why? Cause now you are absolutely no military threat to the rest of the world. Think about this. You can only recruit rank 0 troops. Fresh conscripts. And yer gonna lose them all in every battle.
Why? Cause the storm coast is a realm where constant bickering occurs. They'll likely have professional armies. You think other large empires are going to just have conscripts? Noooooo. Maybe a few but they'll have real troops too. Every military action you take will be an uphill battle that you cannot possibly win.
Alternatively, they will simply pile on defensive bonuses till you still cant win and gain any EXP.

Rank 0 troops? I will Split Forces every time and my tactics will auto-succeed apparently. So every single time I'm not fighting your 15 regiment army. Im fighting 15 1 strength armies.  And likely pounding them into the dirt. Why you might ask will they be rank 0? Because no one will observe your army build up and go 'Im going to give them a chance to train up a bit. Get drilled into a proper, respectable force"
They'll just attack. Cause I'll deal myself in and do it, If I absolutely have to.

An experience system is unnecessary and all of your proposed enhancements through it can be dealt with in a less complex way, if necessary. It will also end up crippling you as a military threat.

Actually, you can recruit at rank 1, it just requires a season of drilling and such. Thus, you can recruit in the spring, then use the troops in the summer. They aren't counted as a force until the summer mechanically. And that's also if they're bought as light infantry only.

And They have to realize about my existing forces too.
