Ah...
EDIT: Does a Tactician bonus affect the entire stack if it's only on one unti?
Yes. Bear in mind this still applies if the stack is split, so if an enemy splits your forces the Tactician unit's bonus will only apply to units still stacked with it. This is one of the key reasons the Battle of Preston was won - Manning was able to separate and slay the King's guard (Tactician unit) and weaken the rest of the army.
It's 4pm here too, and I need to seriously get on with work - updating this always takes so much more time than you think. I'll be out until the late evening.
They were automatically attacking due to a 6...
Yeah, that was mean of me. Pretty much any other roll but a 1 and they'd have held, but I had to see how they'd respond to the order (since it was deliberately worded 'arrest him for Treason').

I missed that part!
He he, those silly npc commanders... ruining everything.
regarding skill points I'm not really sure what I think of them. It seems just one or 2 people are spamming "Train x skill" every update and will have some sort of uber advantage when it comes to a roll.
I think these things should just be built up by everyone for successful actions or just removed all together.
Been considering removing the training system entirely yes, or just making it a sort of 'quest reward' affair so that it's based more on things like the three tasks set by that Tactician for Jormund.
