Just a warning to everyone - pinched a nerve in my arm recently. So my ability to type up rolls is a tad limited. May need to get it scoped so while i'll be off work and have more time, it'll likely take an hour or so to type up rolls. Just a warning since i seem to be the only GM around at the moment.

Here is a list of all the current buildings that confer any sort of bonus/effect beyond those of businesses.

Arena
The Arena is a special type of entertainment building. It allows for a Ruler to host tournaments or events to lower dissent in a populace. If the Nation does not have Slaves listed as a contraband resource, the ruler may purchase a numer of slave to host gladiator-esque battles in the arena at a rate of 2 slave units per point of dissent they wish to mitigate for the season. (Eg. Ligorian Arena)

Cost to Build: 5 ducats + (an undetermined) maintenance fee after an event is hosted
Land Req: 3 Open

Military Logistics Center
The Military Logistics Center (MLC) allows for a reduction in the upkeep costs of units stationed in or around the province it is built in. The MLC lowers upkeep by 15% per size (max size 3, 45%) for units stationed within the same province. The bonus can be extended to neighboring provinces equal to the size of the MLC at a reduced rate of Size - 1/province. This reduction can be mitigated by the building and maintenance of roads to the provinces the bonus is being extended to.

Cost to Build: 5 ducats/size
Land Req: 2 Open


University
Universities allow a nation to research technologies. They are essentially a special kind of Service Industry allowing for the training of Scholars equal to the Size of the University. Research requires a University to be built and staffed by Size*3 Scholars. For every "Staffed Size" of a university, the nation will receive two rolls for research of the topic chosen.

Cost to Build: 3 ducats/size and 3 Scholars. Size can be increased independant of Scholar count beyond the first level.

Agriculture - Increases the output of farming related industries in the kingdom by Rank/season. Also increases the manpower capable of levy by 10%/rank

Economics - Increases growth rolls of markets and ports by .5/rank. Increases the income from taxes by .25/parcel/rank

Architecture - Increase growth rolls of Population in cities controlled by .5/rank. Helps to unlick certain unique buildings (ie MLC)

Infrastructure - Decreases discontent in a population by .25/rank. Improves the conversion rate of land parcels.

Industry - Increases the output of Mining and Manufacturing related industries in the kingdom by Rank/season

Military, Offence - Unlocks units upgrades of an Offensive variety

Military, Defence - Unlocks units upgrades of a Defensive variety

Military, Support - Unlocks units upgrades of a Supportive variety
