My monstrous headache has receded, and as such I shall now write up a smallish backstory for my new character.

Name: Riivak Winterborn.
Bio: Riivak spent his early years of life tending to a farm with his brothers and sisters. He grew up a strong, patient individual, with the quiet discipline of the farm. He's never been the swiftest of individuals however, and this led to the day when he 'lost a bet' and had to join up with a group of bandits operating out of the unclaimed wilderness in the Storm Coast. Over time he's gotten used to the idea of being a bandit. World needs thieves afterall. It might not be honest work but its work. And it never runs out.
As time has passed, Riivak has slowly risen to a position of real power among the bickering bandit groups. It hasn't really been lucrative yet but perhaps fortunes are about to change.

Holdings: 1 Regiment, Raider trained.
(And either 1 ducat, or a skilled raider trait. I'm fine with either.)

Raider trait for +3 raiding instead of +4, yes, fine.

You can start just outside of Fiumefurt, wondering what on earth happened to the people who went in a few months ago. You've been barely making a living out here, and you've grown tired of waiting around. Time to take you and your men- and a few extra men from the other groups- an entire regiment's worth, really- and get out of here.

A few questions;

William is out of town, correct? In a place called Polca?

Who's in charge of Ligoria's navy, if there is one? If there isn't, it's a damn shame. And Liguria dares call itself a Storm Coast state!

Long story short? He was far too competent, managing to secure a deal that would acquire a few parcels of land, and some extra npc nobles (thus more troops for the Ligorian army).

If you want a chance encounter you can set it up yourself.

Also, for future reference, Elvs are... not common in the Storm Coast. There's no real problem with giving yourself one, but don't start shipping them in by the boatload.

I did not plan on it, I was going to be a woodsmen, a hunter to be specific, and err do some stuff.

I reckon elvs are uncommon, but I figured out it would be weird for me to have an human as servitor... And another hatcuri seemed like even rarer an ocurrence. As for the chance encunter, I am merely stating it due to to how incredibly out of character it would be, at this moment, for my character to do anything but head straight to his manor; If he saw it coming he'd deliberately avoid Rectyl. Hence, except he is quite literally stumbled upon, they'd not meet.
