Remember the thing about not having massive OOC discussions about things that should/could be discussed/done IC?

Yeah, that's still a thing.

Now, about what has been discussed: Ligoria was pretty blatant about marching on Mileth, they would have had time to lay down food stockpiles. Not massive amounts, but enough to last a month or two, certainly.
We will assume that the Arctic Fox's men are exceedingly loyal to him. Antagonist Powers. Which is not to say they are of ultimate loyalty, but it will certainly- until starvation kicks in- be to Terenos to decide their actions, not the dice.

The other cities of the Storm Coast do not know what Ligoria is planning. They may have suspcions, but nothing particularly concrete. Ligoria could probably justify their retake of Mileth, provided they played their cards right. They could probably even hold onto it for a season or two without having to justify themselves.

I am going to roll for the three Milethan regiments joining the DE.

And then the dragon empire agent in your ranks kills me, if I dont return ..Or I just get assassinated.

As for the siege Nuke, the supply stocks are just being based on those rules, so they only have one regiment's worth of food...

Point is, you assume encircling me/sieging me, negates tactical options for me. I've just given you a reason why it wouldnt. There doesnt have to be a weak point, the mere act of encircling me IS a weak point, since your army might take a few  rounds to respond to combat on the NE side of Mileth, when they're on the SW side.

Response time is not a problem. There is Kathos, me and two hired generals. We got all four sides covered.

I am not continuing with OOC arguing. I will send  a message, give  a speech to soldiers and wait for the dice rolls. Circumstances are on Ligoris's side, lets hope the dice are will be as well. At worst, we have a battle.

Well, if Laythe chooses to position her forces in such a way that she takes advantage of being outside of the city, then yes, you would suffer a penalty to tactics.
It would not negate tactical options completely, though. Just make them harder to pull off.

I open 2 and surge out of them, whos to say they can get any bonus to getting a message off to prevent my tactical shenanigans? Neither side should get a bonus. Cause both sides can make a reasonable argument as to why they would get one.

Well, we could've sealed up the gates with dirt and such so you can't open them. (Though a GM is going to shoot that idea down because A; It's silly, to a degree and B: We didn't declare it.)
