In the interest of efficiency, the loan, what's the deal. If the bank doesn't know where Kawakai is then surely the debt falls on the inn... and subsequently Hugo. The inn itself earns two ducats, but that leaves us a ducat short- should I be worrying about this too?
The mechanics state that if the loan cannot be paid back then assets will be liquidized to pay for it. That would suck. And probably make Hugo quite angry.

I cant quite understand or see what was the plan for Ligoria before Shadow Council. Right now we will be empire-building. what was the idea before? To make it a seafaring metropolis? a city of arts and universities, like Florence and Milan? or was everyone waiting for situation to simply resolve itself?
