I just love all these triangles and confused emotions.... Because they make for such brilliant reactions that people have once you off one of them :D.

Not that ol'Nike is looking to kill someone, he has his code of conduct, but if he bumps into a spy....

CG, the idea behind my last roll was to design a method for guns to use interchangeable parts. I wasn't actually planning on finding someone to build it yet; that's what Ite is going to do. He's more into actually building stuff himself than drawing designs and having someone else build them. A bit of hubris there; if someone has to read his sketches, he feels that they'll inevitably screw up somehow.

Either way, your personal ability to make improvements is a little lacking.

So his whole career being built on building things wouldn't give an improvement?

@Dwarmin: An amusing thought just occurred to me. In most medieval fantasy writings it would be Pasha getting whacked in the head for ignoring training to look at Tala in the window. :P Nice role reversal there. ^^^

That fact that it's technology you've never seen before? You just need more time with the device to understand it. If all you want to do is make casts of the parts and replicate them, thats not overly difficult though.

To be fair: Most engineers in the early 1900s thought Ford was a lunatic to harness the power of EXPLOSIONS and few understood what he'd accomplished

Would I be able to pillage a small unclaimed market town/dock before spring?

Possible but not likely. You only have what 1 regiment? Even a 1v1 fight at docks for a port raid still ends with a lost regiment without raider

Do I have time to do anything like that, though?

@CG: I am in France, so excuse me for not beig able to post right after you so you don't miss it, but I actually posted in the OOC thread three/four times asking for that action to be rolled...

"Avitus sends word to the underground world asking for a worthy spy for a job." or something like that.

@CG: I notice Dwarmin and filiusenox had a total of five training rolls earlier; assuming you only get five per season, would it be possible to just cram the remaining four into my current action?
