If she didn't have all the nobles seperated and weak, they wouldn't be forming shadow councils.
So far Laythe has exiled William for getting her land, made Rectyl and his ilk leave by encouraging racism, and now shes going to have Kathos, Ol' Nike, and Avitus killed or exiled for forming a fallback goverment.
She won't have no fighters or generals left and Araph's characther will most likely leave with Avitus. Oh gods above I need to change my plans...
Laythe will only have the bloody spy left!

I don't think she will find out, its not as if we are going to send out invitations. Besides if she plans to fight and god forbid a dice roll incapacitates or kills her in the battle then there needs to be someone to look after the country.

I think I stated it already, but Niko does not want to overthrow anyone. Its simply a matter of civil servants meeting and agreeing on policy, because queen would not let them do that, the paranoid bitch. There were plenty of meetings with her but so far Ligoria barely advanced. And throwing William out kinda sealed the bad reputation in the political sphere.

Don't worry, it's not going to be anything bad for Laythe. It might even be good for the Kingdom in the end. It's only a plan to get Kathos, Nike and Avitus out of trouble if need be.

Oh yes... so now, instead of having to fight Kathos and Nike,  I can cut through a bunch of health one goons. It makes William's job sooo much easier.
