And it's done. Three characters: beard, head, clothes. I edited the hair in the back so it wasn't long, although I left the front alone 'cause I thought the bangs looked good. The cloak was originally just a solid with only two colors, so I did my best to make it look 'furry' like a wolf pelt. I used a light purple for the drawstring color on the cape to make it look more like old lace, and a deep eggplant shade for his coat to make it velvet-ish.  I turned his shirt black to match the request and made the lining gold to stand out a little more. His hair is more silver than gray but I think it turned out well.

Actually, it's pretty simple to answer how Retcyl knows about the Artic Fox. I recieve messenger birds from the Embassy which in turn gets information from the Bleeding Fists who provide me with information on everything that passes through the Palace. Which includes the DE invading.
