I tend to post in chunks due to the retardation of posts getting lost. No worries, i'm usually around at this time. So i try to roll whatever i can when i get home

Nuke, Do me a favor and name the cities on one of your maps? I'm starting to confuse myself these days

Betcha a dollar I will get an incredibly flowery official missive from the Dragon Empire about how clearly I do not need reinforcements. Truly statues will be built in my honor and poems told of my bravery and skill.
But alas no reinforcements can be spared at this time, a major offensive has drawn all of our available forces to the south to hold against aggression.. You will have to make due with what troops you have. Incidentally the pay for your men might  be a little late too...So sorry. Best of luck. Hugs and Kisses, the Dragon Empire.

Still though. Nothing I wasn't expecting. So! Back to the scheming and plotting.

You get thanks from me though, since I plan to milk your invasion for everything I can get out of it. :3 First step: easy security jobs. Then when appropriate, move on elsewhere with a letter of recommendation from Lord Cain and use that to get better paying jobs. Repeat ad nauseum. Once I have enough money and regiments, take a town and hold it. Once I've built that up enough, well... time will tell. At least, that's how I hope things go. >.>

Eh, I only need it to last up until Summer, I think. Then I can move on and possible get a letter of recommendation for good behavior, at the very least. Maybe work it in there that while we were around Terenos didn't dare attack... :P

Actually, I didn't. Taricus told me nearly nothing when he recruited me. :P I'll probably found one eventually, but right now I just want to hide out for a bit and observe what Terenos and Taricus are going to do. ^^^; I need to go count my ducats and note them down...

EDIT: 5.5 right now, and if I stick around Shola through Spring I'll have 6 but I'll have to pay my troops come Summer. I'll wait until I have to do that to make any further plans, although in Spring I might see if there are any other ways to make ducats while remaining in Shola.

Spring will mark a fun point in our GM rolls. Population gains, random events, etc...Oh i'll have fun soon.

Slight prodding and everything is going as well as could be expected

its basically a difficulty 3 or 4 -1 per ducat spent
