Yes, there's an arena. Not many blood sports being played in it at the moment, but it's still being used for sports.

Tala did actually proposed a gladiator contest earlier, for the Queens birthday party, where the winner would be set free if he/she won.

If you wanna play a gladiator, thats a good way to get you in the game. Assuming you survive!
