William's fugitive, prostitute-strangling, writing master from Vasir. Whom William detests but keeps around becuase William accidently signed a binding document(Basically another form of geas) basically stating that he'll let Harold work for him and protect him from the law, and from William killing him instantly.
He's currently living in a shitty room in a tenement in Talama, keeping an eye on things in that city.

Oh come on, we're in a bidding war already? OK, William will only give you a room and some lands. The hatcuri are much more...generous with their rewards. Titles, estates, servants, ships...You name it. Also, hatcuri are somewhat more accepting of magic.
