And indeed you get 200 + 300 + Unspent Starting XP, so 900XP to spend.
I'll let you purchase the Held In My Gaze power (300), Scholastic Lore (Astromancy) (100), and Gambling (200). Disguise I'm not too sure on, though I suppose as a Cold Guild Courier you might have had some training with it in your past, so I suppose I'll allow it (200). Total cost is 800XP.

Decided on making intelligence the third cheap skill as well, since that what the rulebooks seems to think is good for them. So that is - Primary: Willpower, Perception, Intelligence; Secondary: Ballistics, Toughness, Fellowship; and Tertiary: Agility, Strength, Weapon.

I assume the costs for Primary/Secondary/Tertiary (100/250/500 for first advance) are the same as in vanilla? I think I remember reading something about that in your "Homebrew Rules" section but I couldn't find it now.

According to the sheet I have of your character, you had 100 leftover XP available from character creation, so now you'd have 600XP.

So, seeings a we have very little restrictions on choosing talents....

How much are the following?

Kroot Leap
Gliding mutation
Dead Eye Shot

XP Wise. Also, can I get approximates price wise on a red dot sight, and set of non primitive plate based armour for a kroot? something like carapace, except that fits me.

Kroot Leap costs 500XP.
Deadeye Shot is normally 200XP at Rank 5 for Kroot Mercenary... I think I might just let you get it at that cost though.
Where would the Gliding Mutation talent be found? If it's an actual mutation those aren't purchasable.

All weapon upgrades are going to cost 0.5 Wealth (base) or 0.25 if one of the players attaches it using Trade (Armourer).
The Kroot-designed armor might be slightly more difficult to acquire. For the equivalent of Enforcer Light Carapace the Wealth base cost is 1, though depending where you look for it the rarity can require several times that before a decent acquisition roll. Most of the Imperium isn't geared towards producing Kroot-armor after all.
