I just had a better idea. My idea for the whole "Noble and Assassin" deal is that Eli's family went away from their Feudal homeworld to to live somewhere else when he was around 12, and ended up meeting you. They became great friends for a while, but they eventually went different paths, your character becoming a Noble and my character getting separated from his family after the ship they were on accidently stubbled upon a war field. Eli is found by the Moritats and is trainned to be one of them.

Recently Eli has been on a too many failed missions, and was assigned something simple, a ship escort, with the Moritats saying that he could not come back ever if he fails. Obviously, the mission fails. However, his friend from the past remembers him and offers him a Job. Because he has no other choices, he accepts and becomes his personal bodyguard and/or Assassin. Is this fine with you?

Edit: BTW Johnfalcon, do you want to write in your character as my noble's trusted bodyguard and retainer? Gives you a legit reason to be there as well as a very convincing cover.

Yeah this doesn't sound like anything the GM would fuck you over for trying or anything. 

For what, deactivating demon possession with a Blank? I'm not sure how possible that is. Gonna have to see if there's a precedent or cannon to support Exorcist Blanks.

EDIT: Also, I think this is the first WH40K game I've been in without a Tech-Priest.

In the Eisenhorn books, I think Elizabeth, or whatever her name was, canceled out the daemonhost they fought on Cadia.
It was just his powers, though. He could still walk and attack things, but it wasn't psychically augmented. He still had the daemon strength, toughness, and wounds though.
