For the most part it looks good, but there are a few points I can't account for. Mind reposting with how you spent your Starting Points?

Heh, min-maxer. I'm gonna make those Flaws count ya know!

Tallied everything up and by my calculations you still have 1 Starting Point to spend.

That's me, a min-maxer. However, I can usually roleplay to back it up.
Hm...
I think I'll add that point to my BS.

Also, I do have starting powers, correct?
Is how many I get equal to my WPbonus, or half that, or whatever the original rules were, or did you house rule that? I read that I have to purchase them separately, and I know that, but does that mean I'm a dangerous psyker with no powers?

Must be buried somewhere in the Psyker section. You start with 2 Powers of your choice, from either of your starting Disciplines. EDIT: Forgot to mention, but they also have a 100 XP limit. Use the ones from Rogue Trader.

Alright, I think I've decided.
I'm looking at the RT rulebook, and it has Basic Techniques, and the stat block right under the discipline name, with no XP cost on either. Do I get those as well?
Well, the two powers I've chosen are Precision Telekinesis and Force Bolt.

Yup. Those come with the Discipline itself.

No, that means you have to stay away from me, because I'm not exactly mentally stable.
And I'm not an Astropath, I can still see, and therefore, shoot you.

Your psyker is threatening the blank assassin with physical violence? Hehehe

I almost have my character worked out, should be done tonight now that I have some things hammered out with glowcat.

Edit: BTW Johnfalcon, do you want to write in your character as my noble's trusted bodyguard and retainer? Gives you a legit reason to be there as well as a very convincing cover.
