Also, I might (if there are no objections) change the Wealth system a bit before you guys actually use it since it is extremely inflexible as I originally made it. Most of the major concepts remain the same but instead of individual items having their own costs I'm going with broad groups for cost per acquisition boost. It still uses the basic Spend X to gain temporary +10 bonus on acquisition rule but now you can look in the RT Core for most of the relevant info. Note that Quantity availability still begins at +0 and then decreases, but otherwise the Availability modifiers are as per vanilla.

Metagame Foreknowledge: Don't immediately spend everything on gear upgrades. When you arrive at Maccabeus Quintus you'll have barely a skeleton crew leftover to run the ship. You'll need to not only hire new hands to replace those who were lost in the slaughter, but also have enough money left over to dig up some sweet profit leads, purchase necessary equipment/hirelings for said endeavor, and grease whatever grubby palms you encounter.

Also, every main character except the Space Marine gains +1 free Fate point. This should even the field a little.

Well, actually, not really :P
If anything we should find another bunch of Skitarii folks to join us because I'll be damned if those two tech-priests haven't killed every boss we've run into since Karina joined. I mean, she blew off the regenerating demon-spawn Dastard's head with one hit, first thing in the fight. That was the best.

Also, I just realised we are suddenly down to two recurring villains, Fleebers and Zig. Unless Dastard somehow survived crashing into the hull of our ship. It's almost as if Glowcat want to tie up some knots before the real story begins.

Pfft, it takes more than a little bump with a ship to take Dastard out of action!
Although yeah, I think the campaigns going to change a lot once we get past this initial adventure, with us getting a lot of control over just what we do and such.
That is if you guys don't swear your undying loyalty to the Emperor and end up a bunch of Hespith's mooks. :P

One of Eli's goals is get his own little trainee assassins and train to them to the point of great badassery.

But I have a feeling lots of Guardsmen are needed, and Eli isn't so skilled at the moment, so I'll leave the assassin apprentices till later.

Edit: As for advances, Advance WS to Intermediate level (250 EXP), Advance Perception to Simple (100), Get Swift Attack (200), which advances me to Secluse. From there I get Silent Move +10 (100), Arcobatics and advance it to +10 (200), Climb +10 (100), Shadowing (100), Heightened Senses (Sight) (100), and Hightened Senses (Smell) (100).

Thats an awful lot of advances. This leaves me with 2500 spent EXP and the Secluse Rank. I have 50 leftover EXP.

How much would a contact with a Kroot Mercenary company be XP wise? it makes sense, after all you guys aren't paying Ja'Ne, and he IS a mercenary. So I've decided I'm part of a company of mercs from Pech. Any objections?

That sounds more like a story gained benefit than something you'd purchase with XP. Ja'ne knows enough about the local Kroot operating in the Koronus Expanse to make contact using a few Inquiry tests in the right place. If you want the Peer (Kroot Mercenary) talent I'd allow it for 200XP.

For future Elite Advances you guys might request I'm using Black Crusade's 'Allied Alignment' costs as a guide. Use this in case you'd like to pick up a nonstandard skill to expand your character's abilities.

Skills:
200XP for Known (Can Use)
350XP for Trained (+10)
500XP for Experienced (+20)
750XP for Veteran (+30)

PS: Can you guys post a complete list of Advancements you've taken alongside the amount of XP spent (if you haven't already)?

I'm going with an easy 300XP per session, with end of Adventure Bonuses which depend on how long said adventure took. Also, source for Credo Omnissiah?

Well, I just took Step Aside for 400xp, and obviously I'll need to get dodge too.
As for other things, well, I still don't have access to the rulebook, so would it be okay if I turn up early next time to work stuff out?
