The goblin master is an Iguana monster which shoots fireballs. I will really need to check out her history if the fort gets slaughtered (which is likely at this point).

Came with a large siege, first she set most of his men on fire while killing the elf caravan ( )

Then she broke into the fort and all my troops went to work on her So far that's 30 dorfs killed, the military is composed of people with missing arms/legs and the only damage we did was smashing both her hands, which seem to be regenerating or something, since at this point they've gone back to normal.

Any ideas?

that's a bit too late to have ideas after you have 30 dwarfs killed, but you can try walling it of. That'll buy you some time before your dwarves kill each other so that you can engrave the walls with images of the slaughter.

If you've any crossbows and ammo lying about, drum up a few civvies into marksdwarves and send them at it.

That didn't work with 7 well-trained marksdorfs, I doubt it'll work now.

I went 'all in' and charged everyone who's replaceable (=everyone) at it. Still nothing. And my FPS went down to 8, I think its the miasma's fault.

If nothing else this is, at least, an epic ending to your fortress.  You could do worse than "A fireball-shooting Iguana Demon killed everyone."
