I wanted to ask if we could assume then that we have all decided to go up the back way and attack, but then Marcelo is in one of the other vehicles.

So can we assume that we will all stop shortly before contact, pick him up, drive / foot round the back and attack, possibly trying to be reasonably stealthy under the cover of the rebel forces attacking from the front? We could also possibly inform El Commandante that we will signal with a smoke grenade when we are inside and it is done.

Do we have a map of the area yet?

Can we go go go?

Should DD pick some actual action instead of just being a voice in the radio? Like the flamethrower project the others are working on?

If not, I'm all set too.

Turn two: Showtime!

The dusty convoy rattles along the dirt road, each member feeling every bump and pothole in the trucks terrible suspension as they discuss their plan of attack while the trucks infront of them chug along up the hill towards the target. The air gets stuffier as the foliage closes in on either side of the convoy with the only blue sky to be seen directly above them, only opened up by the crude farmer road. In the distance they see the Radio tower looming less than a Kilometer away as the truck engines shut off infront of them and the peasant-soldiers fan out from the back, The party does the same. Seeking out Marcelo they inform him of the plan (Cha Check: FAILURE.) But he shakes his head, he had his own plan to start with and he'll stick with it. He wont hang around with a bunch of Greenhorns and get himself killed, They hike down to road with the rest of the forces until they are Less than 500 meters away where (Int Check : Critical Success) Badger finds an old slightly overgrown gametrail wide enough for a truck to travel down that seems to run parallel to the outpost, As you start down it Sanduce has his force split in two with Marcelo following you on the game trail. The outfit hiked for a few more minutes in the heat before coming within visual and firing range of the outpost. You wait in the cover of bush but then you hear a yell "POR LA FRENTE SEMPIRE" Followed by and audible roar of Ak fire. You see Goverment soldiers pouring out of the two buildings the compound in made up of, a dozen or so stacking up on the front barricade firing at the outpost while another dozen hangs back towards the radio tower

Support
Flamethrower Development: (Int Check 5,8) You both come up with some basic sketches and prototypes for a flame thrower to be used in the field but nothing too compact, a nozzle and a large backpack, WWII style

DD: Look up Maps of the Outpost, You quickly are able to bring up a satalite image of the outpost and overlay it with topographical maps to get a detailed view of the battle field, The outpost consists of a large radio tower in the center of the outpost with a building to the north west and north east of it. The North West building seems to be a type of command building and barracks withe the NE building seems to be some type of garage of hanger, The entire compound is surrounded with a moderate sized wall, Not too difficult to climb with Barricades and tank traps at the North and south entrance

Improve the armour of the Fuel tank and the general reliability of the flamethrower itself.

Yeah I would go with this. Say advancing in pairs, covering and moving, and (if I have understood correctly)  Marcelo should stay bodyguarded by the rearmost pair, with the front pair on the lookout for traps / ambushes of some kind.

Close with the enemy as quickly and silently as safety allows, staying with Brian and Marcelo slightly behind Daniel and Arnold, covering as they move forward and then moving forward when they can cover.

Because I figured you two seem slightly more light and short rangy and me and Brian slightly more long rangy, but that was just my thought.

Edit:
Riccto: nice.

Another Edit: Garage? Full of... stealable vehicles? weapons? hehe.

"Alright, so now that you've got an idea of how the place looks like, I'm going to try and disable their tech. Radar, radio, their internet connection, the whole deal. If we're lucky they won't be able to call in for any reinforcements. If not then they won't be able to look at porn for a few weeks, so it's definitely worth it."

I figure we could send two guys to infiltrate the hangar, before they roll out the mini-metal gears they obviously have stored there. Can I get someone else to go with? Then we can hopefully hit the HQ before they call in reinforcements.

The others can lay fire on the front of the barricade to distract.

Arnold nodded as he got the situation update from HQ.

"You guys, pour fire on the dudes at the gate, yeah? I''m going to circle around and infiltrate...any volunteers to go with?"

Action: Circle around the base, hop over the wall and sneak into the hangar building.

Ok, well, you and NRDL are sneakiest, no? I'm ok with that.
"Ok, we'll cover you two."
Action: get to the best covering position within close range of the entrance with AK readied.

Deadeye calmly recited map features over the radio to the team. "Be careful when scaling that wall - if you get spotted while at it, you're gone. Arnold, keep your eyes peeled, and you others, do your best to keep the guards busy. The garage may be of use to us - chances are it contains fuel, tools and/or a vehicle. We want to deny these from our enemies, and if possible, use them ourselves. In the best case I can come up with, they've got equipment vital for the broadcast there and you'll skip away victorious before they even realize what happened."

I'm no more sneaky then anyone else, but I've got CQC and Pistol, so I'm better in close range fighting.
