Khrone can sense life and snuff it out just like we can move our fingers. It may not be a good idea to create bird cows, yet. But if you REALLY want to, we will.

Thing is, he's much stronger than us, so we can't take him out now.  We'll need time to recover, and we need alliances.  I suppose we should probably focus on getting more allies and becoming more powerful.
Let's contact all the gods that Loki created and ask them to give us some of their divine power.

You contact the gods that Loki created and tell them that Khrone is actively trying to wipe the people against him out. They are reluctant to ally, but they eventually do.

Create tons of protected life and the only way he can wipe it out is as a mortal. Then lock him in a cage and put him in the garbage dimension.
