242. Major villains get a free extra turn on their action when attempting a dramatic getaway.

But then, in context, it's not a silly suggestion in the first place. So where are you left?
Silly doesn't mean nonsensical.
Throwing shit at giants is never not silly, even though it may make sense.

243. I may not hoard hundreds of extremely light melee weapons, upgrade them until they can't break, and then dual wield every single one of them at once without the aid of magic.
244. If a player starts threatening people in a multiplayer and uses OOC as an excuse to "keep" me from killing them, the DM/GM is to immediately kill that player off, regardless of plot relevance, unless said character is the established Big Bad and everyone knows it.
245. Lillipad may not directly participate in a world's economy.
246. Any character with the words 'Captain' and 'Planet' in their name are vetoed.
247. No Bay12er may veto an action in a suggestion unless there are established veto rules.
247a. The GM is the only exception.
248. Lillipad may not, at any point, possess the ability to steal.

249: If you have a choice between staying in a trap, surrounded by enemies that you cannot reach, as poison gas surrounds you, or blindly teleporting to the other side of the door. choose to remain behind.

250. Self-narrating is not a free action.
250a. Same applies even if using a Morgan Freeman voice.
250b. People can still hear you when you soliloquy.
251. "Magical Girl" style transformations still count as a free action, and with good reason.
251a. Which unfortunately means no fanservice by interrupting the transformation sequence.
251b. Even if for a tactical advantage. (If being unarmed and unarmored won't do them in, the shame from nudity would. :3)

EDIT:
257. Using a potato cannon to launch frozen chickens at aircraft is not a viable combat tactic/strategy.
258. When skydiving towards a target, I'm not allowed to bring corpses with me as decoys.

252. You may not, at any point, attempt to turn a party member into a flamethrower.
252b. Captain Pyro's Incredibly Hot Sauce is, by proxy, also not allowed.
253. You may not use a party member as an anchor.
254. You will not use the innards of the monster you just killed as rope for any purpose.
255. Being drunk does not get you extra defense against grapple rolls.
256. You will not grind up the bones of the cute, fuzzy forest creatures to use as shotgun ammunition.

259. Hot sauce of 16 million scovilles does not a preservation agent/embalming fluid make.
259a. Especially if the person or animal is still alive when pumping it into them.
259b. It doesn't work in preserving anything to a mummified state
259c. Even mixed with worstishire sauce, it cannot make indestructible zombies when you embalm them with the stuff.
259d. It is not a good means of recovering from a hangover.
259e. Molotov cocktails made of just the hot sauce is considered chemical warfare, and against the rules of the Geneva Convention for a reason.

259 e a. Nor mixing anything with masses of scoviles with something which would produce an odeur, for even if you had resistance in your mouth for eating, smelling would completely remove you from play.

(My god this has happened to me, most delecious wings, most up-wrenching smell...)
