87) Shadenight123 must never, ever, ever, be close to becoming a leader of whatever civilization be it real, fantasy, immaginary, or the like of which could ever work out to become a civilization.
87a) in the event of such happening, plutonium, uranium, or any radioactive material, as well as biological virus warfare is not available, never will be, and cannot be created.

“Do something!” she whispered, trying to keep her sight on all of them at once.
Basileus clapped his hands once. The Forgotten took a step forward, attracted by the sound.
“There, I did something. I clapped. I like clapping,” he said. -The Investigator And The Case Of The Missing Brain.

89. Bay12ers are not allowed to make any characters which are ponies. Additionally, if any events would lead to such happening, it is retroactively banned.

90. When you join a multiplayer game late and are creating your character, you cannot make up items of your own.
90a. You may not make up a class that is not listed either.
91. Lillipad specifically may not kill any member of a multiplayer threatening the other members until it's specified in-game.
91a. Lillipad must not attempt to kill everyone else in a rage quit if this rule is broken.
92. No matter how good an idea it seems at the time, trying to use your medical skills to save someone is a bad idea without medical skills.
93. Even in PvP multiplayers, you may not attempt to kill another player until they have a proper start. Torture is okay as long as the GM says so.
94. If you're going to RP in a multiplayer, don't go out of your way to upset the other players just because you have a wealth beast backing you up.
95. No matter how precise you want to time things as the GM, you can't ignore anybody's suggestions. Ever.
96. Just because you can steal from that guy over there, doesn't mean you should.

97. Trying to stop a blood magic ritual by urinating on it is not a good idea.
98. "My staff eats souls!", even if true, is not an appropriate battle cry for a superhero.
98a. Nor is "My staff eats souls and purple magic!"
98b. Nor is "My staff eats souls and purple magic gobliny magic!"
99. The Captain Planet credits song should not be broadcast via telepathy into enemy minds.
99a. Nor should it be broadcast into the minds of allies.
99b. Same goes for the Star Wars Holiday Special.
100. No offering fey lords any free legal advice.  Ever.

These are all things I did in one Villains and Vigilantes campaign.

101. You may, under no circumstance, name anything Lardy McFatass.
101a. Especially not fairies.
102. You are not to rewire the nerd's calculator into a taser that activates every time he presses the equals button.
103. Hackers cannot hack into computers that are unplugged, no matter how good the roll.
104. Calling tech support to get around the supervillian's super-complex security system is generally considered cheating.
104a. So is unplugging it.
105. Windows Vista is not a cyberweapon and should not be used as such.
106. You may not, under any circumstances, imitate the Wicked Witch of the West.
107. Your half-orc is not a porn star, no matter what your backstory says.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

109. Even if about to die, it is not considered proper behaviour for a superhero to yell out "Hastur Hastur Hastur!" and telepathically link everyone to Hastur.  EVER.
110. Superheroes are not supposed to kill people and loot their bodies.

Again, the V&V campaign.  First is from me, and second from another player.

110a. Unless that's a prevailing theme or running gag of the game.

You've gotta be trolling me with that one, even if you aren't trying to Jack.

It really happened.  One player takes high-tech weaponry from thugs when they die.  Even useless ones.

It's not a matter of whether or not it happened, it's trolling because one of my games is completely based around homicidal heroes that loot the bodies with relatively peaceful(read; not murdering everything in sight like the heroes tend to) villains that try to be diplomats.

I don't think it can really be called trolling Lillipad, he wasn't directing it at you purposely after all

I can't tell if you think I'm actually serious when I say he's trolling me, or if you're just trolling me.

111. When you start a new game, it's never a good idea to run off to the highest level areas.
112. Sure killing entire towns is fun, but don't do it if you're playing the good guy.
113. Don't name your character Urist McThing just because you like Dwarf Fortress.
114. If you're going to rush off to an adventure, make sure you don't have any timed events to attend before running into a cave for a week.

It's kinda hard to tell because I can remember you getting annoyed at stuff before and it seemed as though you were using the same tone
