Sorry to those of you who didn't get in, but I don't feel like moving up to a D100 roll and assinging multiple numbers to each participant.  Other than that the only fair way is a D20 roll so everyone gets a 1 in 20 shot, which isn't too shabby, better than any lottery that's for sure.
