Nah, a cleaner (and therefore less conspicuous) way to do it is to use our psi powers to put him to sleep, then hide him in a closet.

You concentrate on the chef and begin to enter his mind from afar. He's in a very apathetic mood right now, not really paying attention to anything and zoning out frequently. You send a jolt of energy through him, knocking him out. His fall is broken when he bangs his head on the stove, producing a loud "thud" sound. You doubt anyone heard with all the racket going on in the bar. You walk up to the stove and grab the hunk of meat which you eat with satisfaction. There are some nice sharp knives all over the place amongst other kitchen supplies.

We already have a hunting knife, so I don't really see the need for another one. Hide him somewhere out of the way, use one of the kitchen knives to make several cuts of fresh meat, and store them in some sort of material (wax paper, aluminum foil, plastic bag, what have you) that is present in the kitchen. Take the meat and leave.

You search for some kind of container to store the rest of the meat in. You find some aluminum foil and wrap a few pieces of meat. You hide the cook in the corner next to the stove then make for the back door. Just before you cross the door threshold, someone shouts "Jim, what the feck is takin' so long on those entrees! Jim?" You don't think he saw you and you walk back in the direction of the house.

Agree with all of the above, save for the airport. I seem to recall a post made about the current area only having small-plane charter flights, which would probably require heavy use of telepathy on the pilot, so I would recommend also waiting until TP are totally recharged, if a night of sleep doesn't do it.
