Been screwing around with my guy some more. Crunchings almost done-turns out bracers of armor don't stack with normal armor, who knew!-and will probably start working on RP goodness soon.

I would consider petitioning my D.M. to have bracers of armour be considered an armour bonus or an enhancement bonus to armour bonus, so that it stacks with either the magical or non-magical component of normal armour. They are priced in the same scale as enhancement bonuses to armour and it would be interesting if one could find bracers with other armour enhancements...

As for shoruke's list, he who asks for much must wait long.
Yeah, I figured >.>
That's why I trawled through the Spell Compendium on Sunday instead of, say, Friday morning.
Now if only I could find that kind of get-up-and-get-'er-done when it comes to homework... why can't homework involve shinies and experience points?!?

I agree wholeheartedly.

You know, I've always wanted to try one of the Racial Paragon classes from Unearthed Arcana... however, I don't think there's an Illumian Paragon class yet. Should I just use the Human Paragon class (since Illumians were created by performing the Ritual of the Word Made Flesh on humans), or may I use a homebrewed Illumian Paragon class?

We were planning to play this tomorrow(friday) correct? Just wondering what time the session is set for exactly.

Hm... I'll consider the Illumian Paragon.

Shoruke, nothing on that list should be too bad, presuming it does as it says. Mass Snake's Swiftness is to become 3rd level, and I sort of feel like (some of) the blackguard, pally, or ranger exclusive spells might warrant an increase in spell level, since they're meant to be late-game spells, but it should be fine for now. And no, before you ask, there are no divine bards.

But anyways, thanks for the convenient reference list for when I want to throw a brutal divine caster encounter at you guys.

Yes, it'll be tomorrow. 23 hours after this post.

Wait, what, tomorrow? OH GOD DAMNIT
Time zone fail... I won't be able to make it, sorry guys! :( I have a physical game of D&D tomorrow...
And if we're playing on (for me) Saturdays, I'll have that every second session.
I had mostly finished my character, but now I'm not sure if I should play, since I'll only be able to do half the sessions. :-\

Sweeeeet. I considered having Mr. Burns say "Excellent" for me, but here's Bill and Tedd instead.

And now to go scribe hella spells into my prayer book...

I feel like I'm going to fall behind in levels quickly. I can make it next week, but I have a test on the 16th. That should be the last one I miss for a while though. I kind of miss physical D&D games. They felt more 'pencil and paper' than online games. Then again we did waste half the session without doing anything, even when we did get going.

Oh well. I can make it to the next session, and that's all that matters.

Having done this, I went from having more than 3,000 gp to less than 500. Part of that was my new Masterwork Heavy Crossbow, mind you...

Also, I would like to homebrew a Trait. I expect that it will end up being pretty much entirely fluff.

Meticulous
When you take notes, they are incredibly detailed and easy to understand. Having gotten used to your own writing, however, you are frustrated when others do not aspire to your personal standards.
Benefit: You gain +1 to Forgery checks, and others get +1 to Spellcraft checks to decipher your magical writings.
Drawback: You take a -1 penalty to Decipher Script checks, and to Spellcraft checks to decipher the magical writings of others.
Roleplaying Ideas: You tend to make notes about the places you visit, or the key points of important conversations, and you probably keep a diary journal.

All right, my character is almost completely totally done now.

Also, he became a Bard/Warlock somehow. At least we'll have diplomacy!

Edit:Also, I'll take some traits/flaws...if they are accepted.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

And before any j'accuses me, I promise never to use Dark ones own luck on my will save. Thoten would never do such a thing. :)

3. Hedonistic
You love a good time. You party too much, drink too much, and eat too much. You have trouble resisting an invitation to join someone in a drink and sometimes shirk your duty if offered a more enjoyable time elsewhere.

Once per game session The DM or another player can activate your Flaw in order to get you to relax your guard and have a good time.

Effect
In addition, you suffer a -4 penalty to any opposed rolls involving seduction of any sort. It's just not in your nature to resist such opportunities.
