Just saw this over on the Tripwire Forums. Obviously they haven't done much with the engine itself, but they've dialed all the atmospheric elements up. I could easily see myself sitting in a dark room playing that and scaring the shit out of myself.

I don't know if co-op even really matters in a game like this, it might dispel some of the sense of isolation and make you feel safer, which isn't really what you want out of a horror game. On the other hand, sitting on skype listening to your friend scream like a little girl might be kinda fun too.

There's no eta on this yet afaik.
