I wouldn't mind pooling some cash, but I'd probably only want to go for a decent group boat. As well as keeping some cash for my own personal uses.

also, spiders don't really have mandibles, they have fangs... mandibles make me think more of insects than spiders. Either way, I'd like to see the spiderfolk have venom and spinnerets. Maybe even exoskeleton giving bonuses to slash and pierce damage, but vulnerable to crushing or blunt.

umm its a medieval hand cannon, you put the fuse to the blowhole to shoot it. very primitive. Brass knuckels do in fact work with striking.... Maybe i should do an OOC thread again

Something tells me that there will be more armor and clothes. Especially since we can only buy gloves and footwear at the moment.

I'm also wondering if we shouldn't just steal a boat at the start. They seem far too expensive for a decent piratical vessel.

I'd say large would be more appropriate, considering the extra space they'll take up...

Could put a 'shunned' or 'terrifying' type negative, give a Charisma hit, as I doubt most people would like the look of a spider's face. Fangs, multiple eyes, and all that. Body size seems like it should be normal to me.
