Bio: Ulspa Dantes was once the son of a powerful Baron, but his family was killed in a pirate raid. His village was burned and he was forced to roam the land. Unlike most goblins, Ulspa decided to make a living robbing pirate ships rather than looting poorfolk and returning looted goods back to their rightful owners(when he remembers too). Before his death his father taught him how to duel with pistols and sabers and his mother, taught him (language here). He was the leader of his monkey kife fight club in his younger years( herding/captaineering).

undercommon is for originally sea races - merfolks and such.
runescript is for underground races who stole the alphabet of the dwarves - goblins - ratmen
sylvan is for forested races who communed with nature - goatmen - hyenamen - snakemen- frogman
draconic is spoken by dragons, their descended vassals, and groupies/minions -lizardmen - dragonborne-
infernal - demons! and demon lovers
celestial - angels and angel lovers
gothic - spoken by those surface races descended from enslavement by undead, they once covered much of the world and their language still exists all over the place. - most common among civilized populations. - goliaths - truebloods - pigmen
These are all racist stereotypes though, A village wont speak all slyvan unless its an isolated backwater.

There are no plans to include a lawman. But i might be able to work you in later (even if just to hunt the PC's with a crew of npc's) . However i want to get settled in a rythm to the game with the pirates first.
