Fistful of dirt is named weapon?

A fistful of silt somehow became a named weapon. Is this supposed to be a bug or something?

How did it get named?

Gonna have to call bullshit on this. To my knowledge dwarves won't pick up dirt in fortress mode.

Yeah sounds pretty much invented stuff to me. But if it would be true it would be awesome beyond impossible!

Hmm... Have an adventurer drop some dirt at an abandoned fortress, then reclaim? Can you assign non-weapons to a dwarf?

I'd love to see this.

Closest I've ever seen was a dwarf who pulled a lodged bolt out of a deer and proceeded to kill it by stabbing it and two others from its herd to death with said bolt.

Wish he wouldn't have dropped it, I'm betting bolts would work surprisingly well, somewhat like daggers.
