Windrunner has Shackleshot, which is a pretty good stun with decent range so long as the target is in front of another enemy or a tree.

but vs and om are the only ranged stun that can't be dodged I think

You can dodge VS's stun with OD's astral, SD's banishment and Puck's phase shift. Probably Juggernaut's ult and spin too. All require impressive reflexes, mind.

yeah I did some digging and even OM stun is dodgeable 

Ogre Magi's Fireblast has a 5000 missile speed.
This means that as long as the distance between Ogre Magi and his target is lower than 500, it will be instant, and the target will only have 0.005s to dodge it (like Sven's Storm Bolt).
If the distance between Ogre Magi and its target is higher than 500, then the target has between 0.1s and 0.12s to dodge the projectile.

I kinda want to see someone phase shift a 500 range Fireblast.
Extra: hmm how about I make that as a challenge for people here Phase Shift a 500 or less range OM Fireblast

I love Silencer. Simply bloody love him. Can fill many roles, and there's nobody.. NOBODY who counter initiates better than him. Your initiation captures silencer, or you lose the teamfight. Simple.
 Not to mention Last Word into global silence, for half an hour of disable. Need more? Last word into global into refresher to repeat the cycle. (just.. dont make refresh your first item kids)

He's also one of very few people who can beat OD mid, although it's a very even matchup.
As for late game.. That bloody orb owns.

I hereby start the Silencer Adoration Club.

Edit : I'm also fairly certain that Scepter ulti stacks with his Q for 800 aoe and EMP-taunting levels of mana drain. I'm still questioning if Aga is the best item choice for him, but in a team-fight setup, it certainly is. The extra free damage during team fight is well worth it.

One of you picks keeper of the light.
the other picks someone like zeus, ogre, anyone with a good nuke or stun that normally eats all early game mana.
It's almost always a won lane because the nuker/disabler can spam his thing over and over and over.

So, yeah, keeper is fun to pair with some heroes.

That's why I have a good time with Lich. He's got the unlimited mana from sacrifice (minus the rather long cooldown) which makes it super easy to spam q as a harass. I soloed a side lane and did a decent job of keeping the other heroes away with it.

Venge (me) - Spirit Breaker - Night Stalker - Dazzle - Luna
Venomancer - Lina - Jakiro - PA - Anti-Fun

That was intense and insane, and i dared to record it all for learning purposes. A good example on "How a single pick-off can throw the game".
