Looks like you lost, sadly.

Its all cool. Most of the games today haven't actually been that bad, despite the fact that I lost them.

Also, just got a win. Went into the match pretty sure we were going to get our asses kicked (they counterpicked us, and got tryhard champions and things of that nature), but they weren't that good, and we owned them.

I thought people just collected them over time. I was literally given 10 at the same time.

Holy jesus goddamn crap in a hell handbasket.

Okay... right. If any of you ever see or hear me opening chests again, please stab me in the face.

So I thought my luck was bad today. I get into two games and get Meepo twice. In a row. Then in my genius I open another of the chests to try and get my ward. SAME. GODDAMN. AXE.

Blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrgghhhhh!!!!!!

Then I traded one of the stupid Axes to Alkhemia for his green Jugg sword because I like having Jugg's spin being green, and I traded the other one to some guy for a rare skull helm for Bloodseeker. So at least I got those. Been looking for the sword for a very long time.

I'm a bit concerned about how matchmaking has been working lately. In the last month I've only got two even matches. The rest have been stomps, either by my team or the enemy. And as much as I love getting a fully built DK, it's not as much fun as those teeth clenching matches where you are struggling until the end.

Not that that will stop me from playing.

This sucks, but I find this happens to me pretty often too. When I do get an 'even' game it is really fun though. :)

I'm joining Umi. Two chaos chest opened, two of the same sniper rifle.

Thanks god items can be traded, not like the old days in TF2, where you got stuck with the hat you got after 6 months of playing.

Umiman, did I read that right? We can make our own bot AI if we trawl through enough files?

Ummm, bagsies on making Evil Chen.

I don't think you can actually program your own bots right now since all they put in right now is debugging tools.

You can do things like... completely changing spells, heroes, stats, swapping spells for other spells, changing hero sizes, etc.

I played a few games of a custom map the other day. Super jungle wars.

There was a team of commentators every game too, pretty interesting. Felt like I was in a Japanese Arcade where you get people talking about your every move.

In any case, what the changed was things like:
- Runes and jungle creeps all spawn at 15 second intervals.
- Runes spawn in groups of 6, so you get shittonnes of runes and the key to winning is to control the runes.
- Lane creeps only spawn every minute or so, but they come in a big wave.
- Each side lane has neutral fountain towers that instagib anyone that go near it.
- At 20:10, both teams can cheat for -gold (# of enemy kills)*200, so you either must win by 20 minutes or you will probably lose.

You win by destroying the second tower.

It was pretty fun. But this does mean that completely custom maps are not out of the picture in the least.

Sigh. I pick magina for the first time in months. I get an ezalor to support me. He levels his mana break. I'm against naga and treant. Cue the freefarming with 7 cs/min for a battlefury at min 13. Manta at min 20.
And then I go out of the forest to see that naix and clinkz had been farming heroes and can already kick my ass.

Sigh... A year ago, after a match like this, I would be raging like a madman. I only felt quite dissappointed.
If I've gotten something from online multiplayer games is a lot of temperance and patience, that's for sure.
