It does, hence the broken-ness. It affects anything even remotely ranged.
E.g:
- Dragon Knight in Dragon Form.
- Engima's Eidolons
- Necro ranged creep
- Beastmaster's Boar
- Invoker's forge spirits
- Visage's ult
It's really crazy. Giving everything free Demon Edges is donkey powerful. It sounds lame, but imagine a teamfight where you're fighting in the enemy's creepwave. Normally you don't pay attention to it, but in this case the ranged creep is doing significant damage to you, siege creep doing significant damage, all the summons. It's like the enemy team has like 4 - 5 extra demon edges lol.
But of course, the main scary thing is that it makes the lanes push so freaking hard.
