well, if you are including sexual preference as different genders
Why? Gender and sexuality are two different things.

I also have to quibble and ask why 'asexual' doesn't get the gender / sex / progress(?) categories that other sexualies do, and where are the no-ops?

It's worth noting actual girls never post in these. And why would they?

female dwarves who prefer male dwarves

Example of why polls like this don't work: I chose "Perhaps a lady?", when I am not a lady. I think it is quite likely that actual ladies might choose to respond incorrectly(by which I mean trollishly, not that there is a wrong sexual identity) as well.

There's plenty of people on this very forum who legitimately identify into the third category, just FYI.
Innocent questioning:
Wait... There's a third category? o_O

I know two people that would go third option.  One is bi-gendered and swears she/"he" is also a guy, and the other has multiple personalities (two of the twelve are male).

No, preferences are not gender.

For those that are confused, if you ever see a poll like this, vote based on what equipment you have.  That is the question, in essence.

Yes, the 3rd category is legit.

Why do you accept them when they say they're female-bigendered, but not when they're male-bigendered?

I emphasized the she by placing the quotes around the "he" because, physically, they're female.  She/"he" discovered, so to speak, that they're bi-gendered four years ago.  Until then, full female (albeit lesbian, though preference isn't gendered as noted).

That's the thing I'm asking about. Why the emphasis on plumbing?

Ironically, to avoid the awkward situation where someone asks "Well, what are they physically/were they born as?".  Funny how that works out, haha.

EDIT:  Also, a cute girl I met recently happens to be a chronic crossdresser, waiting for an op.  So that's something I guess.
