Ballistas mounted on towers, take out Slippy first since he's the easiest target.
Go for Fox next, but be careful when they combine their attacks.

Rename your fortress champion "Leopard Shepard" and send him out with one fresh recruit named "L. Jenkins".

Its Colonization!  The English navy arrive with a fleet to stop colonial independence.
