Ok, How do you unrar?

Also, should I use Classic or Mayday?

I understand it's not your fault, but I really think more people should know how to unrar a file.

Download winrar, 7zip, IZArc, or any zip program that can manage them. And don't use the windows one. It sucks.

Anyway, good luck, and try to avoid killing Giant Cave Spiders, we might get a silk industry up and running.

I grabbed a few cages from the caravan, so you can set up cage traps. Just keep an eye on the unit list and keep your doors closed until you see a GCS. See if you can't find a way to operate the outer doors by remote.

Not long after you start, there will probably be a cavern collapse. Don't fret over it too much. Just be sure to reset the zones

Yup. Lets hope we can get a breeding pair. I have plans for an execution pit silk farm involving them. Too bad we can't keep them wild, much fun could have been had.

Yup. Please don't use save files that can be simply unzipped, ok? I'll see if I can snag year 3.

What are you using, IE6?

Or do you not have administrator privileges?

If not, then here's a zipped version:

Year 27 Holespears-Overseen by Chuckette (Day 1)

Great. Just Great. I am somehow chosen as overseer of this hole, under a giant aquifer, under a giant desert, under a giant sun. It is so big that after news got back from the first merchants, all the other migrants go scared off. I would know, since I’m the only dwarf crazy enough to join the outbound trip, and I saw a heck of a lot of quitters.

What is worse is that we are under attack by Snatchers, Giant Cave Spiders and the lack of Organization. Our main level is freaking surrounded by this giant Cavern! And our farms are empty, our workshops quiet, and WE’RE OUT OF DRINKS for Armok’s Sake! I’ll fix that first and prepare my trap… I’ll need bait and some cage traps…

For the Cave Spiders! Not the previous overseer of! Er… yeah that is what I meant.

I barely opened my mouth to designate the farms (One Pure Plump Helmets, others alternating Pods, Tails, and  Wheat, and one alternating Bushes and cups) when a chunk of the celing fell down. “What in Armok’s Name is that?”

I went to plant some Helmets. Then I tripped over a cat.

We’re doomed! I say! Doomed!
