You jump into the dry channel and step out of it to the other side. The zombie follows you.

hit: d12=6, evade: d12+1=12
She viciously scratches the air!

Feeling a bit sheepish about his failed plan, Rovod resorts to brute force, grabbing that table and smacking the long dress-wearing zombie over the back of the head with it. Hopefully without it turning around to go after him...


hit: d12-3=1, evade: d12-1=0, damage: d7/1=4
You smash the dresszombie's spine with the massive table, making it impossible for her to turn on you.

After a long and annoying journey you arrive somewhere near the dwarven village Gulfbasement, ready to dye.
You can see the sea to the north and some hills to the south. There are horses galloping across the hillside. You are standing on a grassy plateau with some trees.
You don't know why, but seeing this beautyful landscape makes you angry.

Zan then goes back across the channel and assists in defeating that other zombie. Also scolds channel for being inadequate defensive barrier

Tobul had only been here mere moments and already there were annoying brown horses spoiling the view. Maybe if one could tame them, they could do something about thier colour... but that was mere folly for now, as he had no meat (save his own) to tame them with. He resolved to head towards the hill to get a better look of the surroundings - cliffs rarely had things worth dying anyway...

He resolved to head towards the hill to get a better look of the surroundings - cliffs rarely had things worth dying anyway...

You see a hole in the hill leading to a cave. From the hill's top you have a good view of the surrounding land:


Further to the south a human seems to be trying to catch a horse and a trampled dwarf lies on the grass.

You scold the channel. It is not very effective.


hit: d12-1+2=6 , evade: d12-1=0, dmg: d5/1=1
You tap the zombie's shoulder with your bone for 1 point of damage.

Rovod pauses to catch his breath.
"Goodness..." He gasps out between breaths. "This certainly is hard work, isn't it! Stay down, you blasted thing!"
He steps back to give Zan a chance to swing, then if the zombie is still standing, it's time for another whack with the table!
He will stand there, breathing heavily and watching with concern as Zan batters the re-dead corpse. "Erm... I think it's dead, Zan. Well, dead again. Re-dead? You know what I mean."
Also: "...Odok? Are you feeling alright, there?"
