I have to say that is one badass goose who can fly high enough to cause a dwarf's brains to explode and live to tell the tale!

Actually, Yoink doesn't have to post till next turn, we are waiting for hachnslay. And it takes more than 2 days to kill a potash maker...

It's a moongoose! They are adapted to rapid change of athmospheric pressure. And awesome.

Also I won't be at home this weekend, so don't expect an update.

This is clearly a dream. Wake up. Or the goose is a magic wish-giving goose, and it's going to bring me back to life. Clearly.

Failing that, back onto the waiting list.

You wake up. You are sure to be dead now...

Burp happily and then go left, checking where it leads.

explore to the left

You both go along the tunnel to the left and come across a prison cell. A pale emaciated dwarf mutters something like:
"Help!"

>_

lay low near the ground and continue turning the zombie into potash.

You lie down, evading the deadly dust. You got a bar of dwarven zombie ash!
Making potash requires a barrel and a bucket...

>_

Rovod Roofpulleys, milker at large. Has little or no ability for social relationships, and an unhealthy fixation with udders. Also has a big black beard, and large nose.

After a long travel you arrive at Nolęthushat, the dwarven village where you hope to start a new life free from discrimination due to your big (invisible) nose.
You are surrounded by an ocean with a cliff shore. There are a small wood to the northeast and some hills to the south. A feather is lying on the ground.

To the prisoner: "Are you a zombie in disguise?"

Then, no matter the answer, use the super tracking eyesight to check if he is zombie in disguise or not.

inspect barrel
howdy fellow, how may i be of assistance? say, might your state of imprisonment perchance be due to circumstances that make you unsafe to be around?

Look around at the hills, then pick up the feather and go glance over the cliff, looking for any sign of where it came from. Take a swig of pig milk to refresh myself from the journey. 'Urgh, it's been so long... Need to milk something!' He thought to himself.

You try to confuse the prisoner by interrogating him/her.

"What... I only... failed that mandat I... am starving help..."

The prisoner neither looks nor smells like a zombie.
Askot's inspection of the barrel reveals that it is broken. Forgotten beast brain stew is seeping out of it.

In one hill you find a hole leading to a cave. Some reeking gas is coming out of the hole...

The cliff looks easiely climbable and leads to the ocean.
You drink your pig milk. Yummy!

You go to the right and come across two ramps. One is leading upwards to the outside, the other one leads deeper into the cave.

serve the prisoner a portion of the stew
bon apetit
and look around in the other screen for a lever or key, or any potential way of freeing the prisoner.
say, fellow dwarf, would you mid checking that companion of yours so we can be sure he is not a zombie either?

oh, and it was askot that inspokt the barrel, not zan.
