Agreed I fact lets stay atleast somewhat allies becuase their around the same strength as us so we could influnce them slowly.

No, I think they are probably mostly more powerful than is. We only just arrived, they might have been here for quite some time, and had more time to have more warriors trained, more temples errected and more followers gained.

It doesn't matter how strong they are.  They are as new to this pantheon as we are, which means they will be viewed by the elder gods, at best, with ambivalence, and at worst, outright hostility.  They have less stake in this pantheon ( so far ) than the elder gods do, which puts them on the same level as us.

Dregith is either our bestest buddy ever or the Shadow in disguise. He seems too good to be true. Anyway, befriending the new gods will help us diplomatically plus give us a bit more power. Would still be good, though to befriend some major gods too.

But to befriend the elder gods, we need more info.  That's why, watch and listen and gather more info.

Aye, watch, listen, and pay attention.

Especially to hushed side-conversations...

Organis decides the best thing to do would be to lay low and listen...You can see some definite groups;

The elder gods seem to be gathering and talking amongst themselves.

A silver dragon is talking with some Vehna-looking gods

A cloud of darkness and light are...conversing with Dregith and a robed fellow.

Two gods are in a corner drinking wine

You see Alfainikk and who you presume to be her brother Krygeckk conversing with a Kurlosin (a shorter, mores stoud humanoid. Has three fingers and a thumb on each hand).

There are other groups but these are the ones that stand out to you.

EDIT: Just noticed that Dregith was with two groups; changed that.

Go to Dregith's clique, see if you can get into the conversation.

(Short turn I know; not much to go by. Sorry for the lack of updates lately.)

You leave your haughty throne and walk up to Dregith and his crew. As you approach, they stop talking. You introduce yourself.

"Ah, yes...Organis correct? Welcome to the Pantheon. This robed one is Fitzan...These other two are Seel and Lees. Seel is the light while Lees is the shadowy one. So what brings you to our little group?"

Ask them what they know of other gods and personifications, current events, especially concerning the Uivar.

Ask them for their opinions on what needs to be done.

^I agree with those two posts above.
Ditto.

Also ask what kind of dogma they have for their followers, and say it's for pointers (If we know how their followers operate and why, subversion is that much easier)
