This beast isn't wierd but it is pretty damn awsome:

Necromine a giant gopher with poisonous fangs, black patchy fur and external ribs. . . oh yeah I forgot to mention that it has huge dragon wings.

I was going to draw this but i realized that i can't actually draw.  I'll see what one of my artistic friends can do

A giant chicken with lidless eyes, beware its poisonous sting!

It killed 60% of my fortress. it came with just a first name, which sounded pretty badass and I can't remember. It died with the full-named honors, after taking about 1 hour straight of beatings and shootings from the military, every part of the chicken was scarred or broken. then someone got the bright idea to shoot it in the head.
