It's settled then. I just modded the raws to make slavery ok for dwarfs (as well as torture and other fun things). I'll go to war with elves and goblins, and I'll trap them and "train" them. Then the good looking female elves (like the one you're pictured) will get to dance in the kings (my) room. I'll also tie one or two up in my bedroom...
The female goblins and remaining elves may be used as a "stress reliever" for the remaining dwarfs which are just a little bit less opressed than the slaves actually.
Males of both races are dropped into pits or into the caverns to fight amongst themselves/against nature. Or I use them as cannonfodder or bait if a siege shows up.

Sadly, none on my goblin or elf women survive pole-dance training, when the spears poles pop out of the floor, they keep dying.
