I wish I read this challenge before I started my most recent embark.

Dwarves who do nothing but socialize will eventually become mayor, if they have the right personality. Those that enjoy crowds are good would be a plus for a party dwarf. If your party dwarf also is empathetic, forget about any other dwarf ever becoming mayor. Any dwarf that has even the smallest complaint will come crying to Urist McKenzie.

Also, I have to say this: The name Urist McKenzie flows off the tongue nicely.
