I am just stopping by to see how things are. Anyway, if things go downhill in "negotiations" I give this department permission to use the manipulator devices. After all, the sects of the Traveler made this ship.

This looks interesting, I haven't play whatever this is set in. (C&C if I'm correct?)

"Greetings, comrades. I believe the best way is to take a Spec. Ops ship in order to hack the enemy communications and sow chaos within the enemy. We shall set up our base in a secluded area, possibly one of the poles, and build up our troops until we are strong enough to make our presence known, or possibly even never be detected at all. Any objections?

Hm, a Scrin Grinder. Sounds interesting. Been tinkering with balance. Probably be a research able building, cost 20 minerals, and you harvest 10% of the mineral cost of a destroyed enemy unit. Must have won the battle before collection begins. Maybe even a chance to gain a special tech. Have to think about it.


Also, I still need that paint-like program. I guess I could be proactive and Google search one, but I'll wait to see if one of you suggests a good one.


Finely, since I highly doubt there's going to be a surge of votes for Battleship, you guys should start deciding what upgrade we will be going with. Or maybe none at all, so this mission has an easier start. Up to you. Also need to decide the number of tiberium pods you'll be bringing along. You get one for free.

This is not part of your jurisdiction! the HRM's role is the manipulation and control of lesser species while the FAM's is negotiations with equals or manipulating them. These are not even our equals or near-equals. We could be only finding microbes! I don't see the point of bringing the FAM here, not yet. Also when did you get into the ship? (not hating on ya Geen just rivalry between agencies :D )

Er...foreman, such upgrade would deplete our resources. We can afford one upgrade only...which is why we suggest construction bay, to begin the harvest.

I was in support of the idea of larger on-board fields, but, the idea of faster construction is quite good.

Language Manipulator is useless with the Spec Ops ship. Just an FYI. Though I may add features to higher levels, such as mind control. But right now lv 1 is useless.
