I'll allow you to hook them together, if someone can do a Tech Use +10. Does anyone even have Tech Use?
However, you still only have 80 shots to spend on both of them.

-10 for the penalty of one handed aiming. Essentially, it would make you shoot a lascarbine with one hand with no penalty, or a plasma gun with -10.
