I was a bit more worried that you'd question how I have so many weapon proficiencies and skills, not to mention 3 advances in BS. Wait a bit more, and I'll get 61 BS. Add a red dot laser sight, a full round of aiming, and full auto burst, and I can't miss with a heavy stubber or heavy bolter.

There are 3 advances in BS, 1 in STR, 2 in WS, 1 in Agi. I've purchased 2 weapon proficiencies, 6 sound constitutions, Rapid Reload, two levels in Dodge and Pilot Military Craft, 1 in awareness, swim, survival and command, and that's it.

Uriah was only a young child compared with his older brothers, and when his mother was reassigned to another world in her duty as an Arbitrator, he was left with only his father and those two brothers.

Then they moved out, too, on their respective journeys in service of the God Emperor. He was five.

His world was then involved in a mass uprising, and his father, a cleric, was killed immediately. Loyalists moved his son, like the other children they could reach, away and to the ships ready to ship those who were still loyal off the now dangerous world.

Being an orphan, he was taken to the Schola Progenium. He was almost selected for the role of Commissar, but after a small dispute broke out, he waded into the Scholayard brawl. After this his record was circumspectly moved to the 'Guardsman' file. Before he was 14, he was learning how to care for and maintain a multitude of weapons, from the most primitive musket to the most advanced bolter*, from the most poorly made crossbow to the most well constructed heavy stubber*.

*_{Note that 'most advanced' and 'well constructed' may or may not apply to weapons constructed by the Imperium. Conditions apply. See your local Tech Priest for details!}

All through it he maintained his anger at those who disrupted the Imperium's rule, whether they be orks, eldar, tau, or rebels.

On his first assignment in the field, he was witness to the defeat of a Traitor Marine. He, like several other guardsmen, took pieces of the ceramite power armour as good luck charms...once they had been blessed by the priests of the regiment, of course. Eventually his regiment was broken apart due to losses and other actions, and he wound up with this group.

Firstly, you don't need the red dot anyway, you don't get any bonuses even if it did. Second, one hundred percent hit rate.
