If you are to run a Mafia you must have rules. These rules can be made to keep things secret, make more money, kill more gangsters etc. They can have negative side effects though. These include gang members happiness, experience, money, ammunition, guns. The bottom line about rules is if something good happens something bad will come out of it too.

The Mafia Hierarchy

The five people that join will be known as Dons. The dons usually stay out of combat and manage things from their compounds though you could be on the front lines. If anyone else joins they will start as an outsider and will have to earn promotions and show themselves as a valuable member in the eyes of all of the 5 dons. If you hire any NPC's they will start as a random experience level.

Ring leaders:
Actions: Manage funds, Command others, and Buy guns and ammo.

Commandants:
Actions: Train others, Take care of rats, Kidnap, and Bank robbery.

Mafioso:
Actions: GTA, Extortion, and Bribery.

Gangster:
Actions: Robbery, Mugging and Drive-byes.

Outsider:
Actions: Train, Deliver items and Beat down.

Everyone one can try to preform any action but have a worse chance at it, People can team up one a single crime to increase the chances if you want. The actions listed on the rank are when they unlock it. A Gangster can still train and beat down people.

Auras

Every Don has a certain feel to him.

Threatening: Everyone around you gets quite scared. (+1 to extortion, diplomacy, kidnapping, robbery, bank robbery, mugging. -1 to all talking rolls and dealing with other people with the threatening aura.)

Disarming: Everyone is very calmed when you are around. (+1 to all talking rolls, negotiations, extortion and bribery.. -1 to mugging, robbery, bank robbery.)

Greedy: Everyone can tell if you love green more then anything. (+ 10% to all income.)

Cold: Everyone knows that if they fail a mission ordered by you the consequences will be dire. (+1 to all mission rolls ordered by you.)

 Every man has his vices. You start with one point and can get additional ones by choosing bad attributes.

Good: -1 to attribute point count.

I Talk With Swords: My Battleaxe says hi and my broadswords say DIE! (+1 to using all knifes, swords or other sharp metal things.)

Gentleman Thief: I may be a gentle but I sure do like that watch, and those diamonds, and that plasma too. (+ to all thief like rolls.

Punctual & Precise: This goes here and the yellow one should go over there. (+1 to all rolls including a timed element.)

Suave: Hey baby is it ho- *slap* (+1 to all forms of interaction with the opposite sex.)

Quick Silver: You were trained to be quick with a gun.   (+1 to counter fire rolls.)

Entrepreneur: You are a business man at heart. ( +10% to business income.)

Do A Barrel Roll: All those years of playing Starfox 64 have finally payed off. (+1 to dodging.)

Shotgun Rain: Shotgun rain, some escape the pain but some get stranded in the rain. (+1 to using shotguns)

Ratatatatatat: The sound of a machine-gun is beautiful! (+1 to using SMG's and machine-guns)

Inspiring Leader: You are loved as a leader and people know that under your command they can't fail! (+1 to talking to gang members.)

Extortionist: Money or your bakery! (+1 to extorting businesses.)

Masochism: OW! I mean YEY! (+1 to next roll after getting hurt.)

Honorable: I won't kill you. But my friends will! (-1 to using guns and assassination rolls.)
