I've scoured google and I can't find an answer, even with "Keep Corpses" on, a corpse will disappear after about 20 seconds. I can't find an answer, and I was hoping you could help. Are there any mods known to cause this?

My biggest problem is getting corpses to go away. Seriously, 20 is too many, and I can't fit them in my closet anymore.

I don't know. Keep Corpses usually means Keep Corpses. Maybe your computer isn't up to snuff, and it decides that it can't hold on to more than one body?

My computer is easily capable of holding 40+ bodies IF I COULD GET THEM TO STAY.

It's a simple console command:

cl_ragdoll_fade_time

should be it, follow it by however many seconds you want it to stay.

cl_ragdoll_fade_time 2000

for instance.

OR, your issue is about the max number of ragdolls/corpses etc. Which is another command entirely.

That command doesn't exist the console says.

By Corpses do you mean the body left when you kill an NPC, or do you mean the NPC Ragdoll?
