Some Dwarf Fortress Dwarf coins. Pixel-perfect, and yes, the beard is in relief. Improvements from left to right. I haven't settled on a final design, and I want to improve on the quality a bit.

This is a PLA coin. On the coin is a crudely-rendered image of a Dwarf in PLA. The Dwarf is stoic.

I've only got black PLA to print with, but you can get any colour of the rainbow if you want. People have made multi-colour 3d printers, but they're a bit fiddly.

Anyone got any suggestions for DF-themed 3d printable objects? I could print some out and post 'em to toady.

Well it would be nice if you could provide the print-files. Theres a comapny that prints synthers stuff in stirling silver and a couple of other metals.

It might not work with the current version, but if you have some older forts saved, this might help...

Go into dwarf fortress.  Have your smith perform a mint copper silver or gold coins job.  Print the result (with the ascii symbols used in engravings for the pictures of course.)
