Research from Ukrainian Ranger and Taricus fails, while SHADOWdump and Haika succeed. SHADOWdump does a critical discovery.

Do note that there can be a few errors but I will do my best to squish them.
Also of note, asteroids and spacedust can be depleted but that is nothing to worry about as they will spawn randomly every 10 turns.

Radar will scan passively with a 100% success rate while active search range is 3 hexes (no matter planetary system or overview map, which every ship does automatically). Radars have a farther reach in planetary systems while the overview map has half it range, rounded down with a minimum of one hex.

To leave a planetary system reach the border. To enter a planetary system end turn on a star. If you are three hexes at most from an undiscovered NPC star (normally) you can be hailed or (uncommon) attacked.

Research:
-Railguns: Not the typical weapons in Sci-fi, instead these devices allow a ship to launch another ship in the same hex through space at heightened speeds.
Optional advantages: Can propel asteroids for damage at a long distance.
Optional Disadvantages: Requires multiple hulls, must be 'deployed'.

Build: Nothing.

Move: Colonizer pod begins moving toward the gap in the asteroid belt, scout goes toward B-5. (Kinda feel silly now for not just sending it right away)
 Miner continues mining.

Can we get a list of techs that constantly updates? Could be each turn or on the first post.

The new techs will be added both to the second post and for each turn. Any changes to older techs will be added to the list but will otherwise be those in the first post.

But then again, I could put all the techs for each turn.

Does planet and moon size have any gameplay impact? Or are they latent details for potential gameplay mechanics later?

@Haika: See, I knew there were some errors that had sneaked in. I'm going to fix that in a moment, you can act your turn as if those extras didn't exist.

@SHADOWdump: Those are there to tell you the possible amount of ground installations you can build, but also for other gameplay mechanisms if you ever get to it. Unless you players somehow screw it up for me. :P

Edit: Man, I just noticed that I have the same title as SHADOWdumps FRSC TBS only his is numerical while mine is in roman. Gonna get that fixed.

Research:
-Basic extraction module

Spoiler: Build (click to show/hide)

Move:
-Scout passes by B-5 scanning it properly, and then passes B-4 heading toward B-3 while scanning again.
-Colonizer moves toward B-5 after moving through the gap.
-I suppose we can assume from here on the mining ship keeps doing as it is.

I notice my new tech is listed as 'Propulsion Gate' in the new techs spoiler, but as 'Railgun: Ship version' in my tech list. (I do favor the Railgun name to be honest...)
